The customer assumes full responsibility in case of such claims.

After an accident, driver doesn’t stop and doesnt take the necessary actions, such as informing our company, the Traffic Police (100), getting names and addresses of those involved in the accident, and not moving the car from the point where the accident took place before the representative of the insurance company or the Traffic Police arrives.

When the driver is not declared on the Rental Agreement.

Driving the car in non-asphalt road.

Client is not covered if he insists in driving with a flat tire or with the overheat indicator on.

Client is responsible for all damages to the car if he drives on a non paved road.

Customers is liable for all parking and traffic violations.

The client is not covered for any damages relating to: injury or damage to third parties, and damages to the rented vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, pharmaceuticals, toxic substances and drugs, as defined by the current Highway Code.

Renter is responsible for reporting an accident (collision, roll over or simple scratch) with full details of the other party involved to the Traffic Police and the car rental company, otherwise insurance (CDW, FDW, PAI) will not be valid.

Renter is responsible for all parking and traffic violations which should be proven paid upon collection of the vehicle otherwise, renter will be charged for traffic fines at the time that the car rental company is notified by the renter or the Traffic Authorities.

Renter must provide the car company, with the Traffic Police (100)report of the accident must fill out and sign an accident report upon return to our office.

In any other case renter will be charge with the full amount of the damage caused.
